Overview
Grandstream's GRP series are carrier-grade VoIP desk phones built for business and enterprise deployments. Yoder Connections stocks two models:
- The GRP2612W is a 4-line mid-range phone ideal for everyday business users, featuring a compact color display and integrated WiFi 6.
- The GRP2670 is a 12-line executive phone with a large 7-inch capacitive touchscreen, Gigabit Ethernet, Bluetooth, and support for expansion modules โ designed for high call-volume users.
Both phones support zero-touch cloud provisioning via GDMS (Grandstream Device Management System) and are compatible with most SIP-based PBX platforms.

Setup Overview
1. Connect the handset โ Attach the handset cord to the base unit.
2. Power the phone โ Use a PoE switch or plug in the included power adapter.
3. Connect to your network โ Plug in an Ethernet cable, or enable WiFi via Menu โ System โ Wi-Fi.
4. Find the IP address โ Press and hold the UP button for 3 seconds. The IP is displayed on screen.
5. Access the web interface โ Enter the IP in a browser. Default credentials are on the label on the phone's underside.
6. Configure SIP accounts โ Enter your SIP server, username, and password in the web interface or via provisioning.
Zero-Touch Provisioning: Both phones support GDMS and TR-069 for automatic configuration โ phones can be pre-provisioned before shipping to end users, requiring no manual setup on arrival.
