GL.iNet Puli GL-XE300
LTE Wireless Router
YC Product Documentation
Overview
The GL.iNet Puli GL-XE300 is a compact LTE cellular router with a built-in 5000 mAh battery. It creates a local Wi-Fi network from a cellular data connection, providing Internet access where wired broadband is unavailable or as a mobile failover solution. It runs OpenWrt, making it highly configurable for technical deployments.
Common use cases include mobile field offices, remote site connectivity, vehicle-mounted networking, IoT gateways, and travel routers that work away from power outlets.

Things to Know
2.4 GHz Wi-Fi only. The GL-XE300 does not have a 5 GHz radio. In congested environments (apartments, offices with many wireless networks), 2.4 GHz performance may be affected. For interference-free connectivity, connect devices via Ethernet when possible.
CAT4 LTE. The EC25-AF module supports up to 150 Mbps download / 50 Mbps upload theoretical. Real-world speeds depend on carrier, signal strength, and network congestion. Adequate for most remote office and field use cases.
OpenWrt setup. Initial configuration is done through a web GUI, but the device is more technical than a consumer router. Advanced features (VPN, custom routing, IoT bridging) require familiarity with OpenWrt.
