Product Overview

The Qin F30 is a compact 4G Android bar phone designed for simplicity and minimal distraction. With a 2.8-inch touchscreen, physical number pad, and T9 texting, it provides reliable voice and text communication in a small form factor. It is sold in four configurations — from talk-only to talk, text, email, and a curated set of apps — allowing customers to choose the level of functionality that fits their needs.

A clear silicone case is included with every Qin F30.

Available Configurations

The Qin F30 is available in four configurations. The configuration is set at time of sale and is permanent — it cannot be changed after purchase. Hotspot is blocked on all configurations.

App Installation

To install or update apps (App configurations only):

Connect the phone to Wi-Fi.

From the main screen, swipe left to reach the app installer screen.

Select the app to install and follow the on-screen prompts.

File Transfer from Computer

Connect the phone to the computer with a USB-C cable.

Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the notification shade.

Tap the notification that reads “Charging this device via USB.”

Tap it again for more options.

Select File Transfer (not “Charging only”).

Troubleshooting

Phone Loses Service After Factory Reset

APN must be verified after every factory reset — this applies on all carriers, including Verizon-based service.

Go to Settings › Network & internet.

Perform a network reset.

Reset the APN to default settings.

Reboot the phone.

Keyboard Does Not Appear on Screen

The Nikie keyboard may have been enabled accidentally. To disable it:

Go to Settings › System › Languages & input.

Tap On-screen keyboard.

Tap Manage on-screen keyboards.

Turn Nikie completely off.

Video Playback Limit

Video playback is limited to 2 minutes. This is a device limitation and cannot be changed.

Warranty

The Qin F30 is covered under Yoder Connections’ standard warranty policy. All warranty claims are handled directly by YC — contact YC support to initiate a claim.
