Warranty & Return Policy

We stand behind the quality of the products we sell, and aim to provide a smooth and fair warranty process. Below you'll find a clear breakdown of our warranties, return policy, and what to expect if something goes wrong.

14-Day Guarantee

Equipment

You can return most physical products within 14 days of delivery 

  • Exceptions: Custom-made products are not eligible; for example, corded phone kits do not qualify.​
  • Terms:
    • Products must be returned in the same condition you received them.
    • If the product isn’t defective and in the same condition as when it was received, you’ll cover return shipping and we’ll refund everything except the original shipping cost.
Phone plans and fees

Phone plans and activation fees are nonrefundable, with the following exceptions:

  • Phone Reception issues: We'll refund 50% of the activation fee. The phone plans are non-refundable.
  • Unactivated phone plans: If the service you purchased was not activated, return the SIM card for a refund of the activation fee and the phone plan.


 

Warranty Coverage by Product Type


New Products

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship. It does not cover physical damage or water damage, unless we advertise the phone as waterproof. Even then, depth and time limits of submersion apply.

How it works:

  1. We’ll first try to troubleshoot the issue with you.
  2. If the device can't be fixed, we’ll send a replacement and provide a prepaid return label.
  3. After 30 days, most replacements will be issued as “gently used” items with similar wear. If you'd prefer to upgrade, we’ll offer store credit, equal to your item’s replacement value.
  4. Replacement shipping and setup costs are on us.
  5. If you paid for expedited shipping and your item arrives DOA (dead on arrival), we’ll cover the same expedited shipping on the replacement.



Products Handled by the Manufacturer

Some manufacturers prefer to handle their own warranties. If your item is from one of the following brands, please contact them directly:

    • 📧 Please email support@sunbeamwireless.com (include the IMEI and issue description). Sunbeam will send a replacement with a return label.

  • Sonim (3-Year Warranty phones)



Used Products

  • Slightly Used Devices: 6-month warranty.
  • Used Devices: 30-day warranty, with pro-rated coverage up to 90 days:
    • 31–60 days: 50% discount on replacement
    • 61–90 days: 25% discount on replacement
  • Extra Used Phones: 30-day warranty, no pro-rated discount

Battery Warranty

  • MillerTech Batteries: 5-year guarantee (must retain at least 80% capacity)
  • All Other Replacement Batteries: 30-day warranty
    (Note: If the battery is part of a device still under warranty, it is covered under that device’s warranty.)



What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

Warranties apply only to defects in materials or workmanship. They do not cover:

  • Abuse, accidental damage, or exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., dust, drops, fire, or water damage).
  • Improper use or care (see waterproof phone guidelines below).



Waterproof Phones – Important Notes

If your phone is listed as IP68-rated, it is certified to survive:

  • Up to 30 minutes submerged in freshwater,
  • At a depth not exceeding 6.5 feet (2 meters).

To remain covered under warranty:

  • Do not open seals or covers while wet.
  • Do not operate the phone underwater or while wet.
  • Avoid salt water, hot water (over 104°F), detergents, or chemicals.
  • Ensure the back cover is sealed properly.
  • All seals and ports must be intact and fully closed.



Additional Refund & Service Policies

  • Email Accounts: Email setup fees are non-refundable (once the email account has been set up on our end)—even if unused.
  • Phone Plans: You are responsible for monitoring your charges. If we failed to cancel a plan after you requested it, we will refund up to 3 months of service. After that, any overcharges are the customer's responsibility.
  • Unreceived Orders or SIM Cards: You have 6 months to report and request a refund for undelivered products or unused SIM cards. After 6 months, refunds are generally not available.
